The inflationary macro-economic and interest rate conditions are impacting offshore wind projects. Bids that had been accepted when the materials and financings were less expensive are no longer viable in the current environment, which further puts pressure on the buildout of the maritime infrastructure needed to serve the budding U.S. offshore wind industry.
